Today we’d like to introduce you to Noureddine Jabbari.
Hi Noureddine, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Once upon a time, I was born into a large family. My two older brothers were fascinated by American culture in the early 90s, and they passed that fascination down to me. My childhood was filled with unique experiences shaped by my family’s love for learning about different cultures.
From a young age, I was drawn to languages and loved learning about different parts of the world. This passion continued to grow as I got older, and I began to appreciate the beauty of different landscapes, colors, and skies as I traveled to new places.
Despite my love for design and photography, I pursued a career in software engineering. However, my passion for creativity never waned, and I found ways to incorporate my love of design into my work.
I held many jobs throughout my life, but the most significant was my role as the CEO of an IT company. It was a challenging position, but I handled it with ease. During that time, I met a friend who shared my vision for creating something new and exciting.
Together, we decided to start our own company – Noya, a branding agency. We started from scratch with no money, but we were determined to make our vision a reality. Our culture and mindset were different from what people expected, but that didn’t stop us.
We worked tirelessly, using our experience and unique perspective to build a team of 10 people in just one year. Today, Noya is a thriving branding company, and we continue to use our passion for creativity and design to make a difference.
All started with a dream and the courage to pursue it.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
With no money to start, our first struggle was setting up an office and purchasing the necessary equipment, including desks and computers. We also needed money for accounting and for the creation of our branding company. However, with hard work, smart strategies, and a commitment to constant improvement, we were able to overcome these challenges and build a successful business.
As we began working with clients from around the world, we found ourselves constantly learning about new products and mindsets. This helped us stay on top of industry trends and enabled us to deliver effective branding solutions to our clients.
Looking back on our journey, I am grateful for the challenges we faced, as they helped us develop the skills and strategies necessary for success. Today, we continue to embrace new challenges and opportunities for growth, always striving to deliver innovative and effective branding solutions to our clients.

Do you have any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
One of my favorite childhood memories was when my family and I went on a camping trip. We packed up our car with everything we needed for a weekend in nature, including a tent, sleeping bags, and plenty of food. As we drove out to our campsite, I remember feeling so excited about the adventure that awaited us.
Once we arrived, we set up our tent and started exploring the area. We went on hikes, cooked meals over the campfire, and even tried our hand at fishing in the nearby lake. I remember feeling so alive and in tune with nature during those few days.
As the night fell, we sat around the campfire, roasting marshmallows and telling stories. It was a simple moment, but one that filled me with a sense of warmth and joy that I’ll never forget.
That camping trip ignited my love for the outdoors and the beauty of nature, which I carry with me to this day.
