Hi Paola, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Once upon a time (just kidding, no fairytales here!), my wonderful mother and I joined forces to create a spa that was way more than just your average relaxation spot. Let me take you back to my 22-year-old self when I had a quirky encounter with Bell’s palsy – a facial issue that just wouldn’t leave me alone.
The doctor’s prescribed meds were as helpful as a chocolate teapot. But lucky for me, one of my co-workers was a massage therapist; he suggested massage sessions to help me recover. At first, I thought, “Really? Massages for my face? That’s new!” But guess what? Those magic hands worked wonders, and my face was back to its charming self in no time!
That’s when the light bulb moment struck – I became fascinated with massage therapy. And guess what? My mom had her spa-related revelation too! After working at other spas, she realized that they lacked that special touch, that personalized care every guest deserves.
So, we teamed up, like a dynamic duo, to create a spa that would be all about therapeutic massages, not just some fancy snooze-inducing place. Our mission was clear – make each session personal and healing, leaving everyone feeling like a million bucks!
No more cheesy storytelling, I promise! We set out on our adventure to create a spa filled with warmth, soothing scents, and the most magical touch you can imagine. Our guests leave feeling like they’ve been to Cloud 9, and we couldn’t be happier making their day a little brighter!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Our journey has been anything but smooth. We have experienced some amazing days that make all the struggles worthwhile, but there are just as many days when my partner and I feel like giving up. The good thing is whenever my partner wants to call it quits, I step in and help resolve things. That’s how we manage to stay sane, haha. And so, as we continue to navigate the uncharted waters of our dreams, we remain steadfast, embracing both the exhilarating heights and the solemn depths. Hand in hand, we embark upon this grand adventure, knowing that within the crucible of challenges, our spirits grow stronger, and the journey, though arduous, becomes ever more worthwhile.

Starting from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out our doors, we want to create an experience for our guests that they won’t forget and experience the next level of relaxation.
We provide a variety of services whose purpose ranges from improving health (muscle) and skin hydration to relaxation through various personal care treatments such as aqua wraps, massages, and facials.

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
Beyond the diligent work I’m known for, there’s a delightful surprise that might not be apparent to most. I have a deep passion for reading manga and watching anime, which brings me genuine joy and relaxation. When new chapters of my favorite manga are released, I do look forward to enjoying them, and it’s a small disappointment if time constraints prevent me from doing so immediately. It’s a cherished hobby that allows me to unwind and escape into captivating and colorful stories, adding a touch of fun to my life amidst the busyness of work.
