Today we’d like to introduce you to Diego Melo and Maria Rodriguez.
StratiVentures, Inc opened its doors in May of 2012. Since that time, Diego and Mike Bowers have partnered and developed over $15 million in real estate projects. In 2013, they began developing the current SVI team and structure to help grow the company in its current direction. This integration helped SVI reach a superior level of credibility in the Houston real estate market.
In early 2014, SVI began mentoring and coaching real estate investors in Houston and connecting them to its team, allowing SVI to grow its network and business partners. Their current partnership base has helped grow over 120 new companies and associates and is still growing. Their company team components consist of Acquisitions, Deal Analytics, Project Management, Funding, and Sales.
One important component of SVI is their Home design, selections and Photography Department. The Director of that department Maria has helped their investors with the most crucial part of the investment, the finished product. Her experience brings value to their company and most of all each and every project. Their main company goal is to make sure SVI’s real estate investor community thrives by using a great company like SVI. They are very proud of their work!
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, it has not been easy as anybody in the real estate business can tell you. The industry changes every day and that is why we keep wanting to better our team and services. Many people think that real estate investing is easy and that it takes little or no time to be successful. That’s our everyday struggle of working with new investors that are still on that high of what they were told about this industry.
SVI wants to save them time and money so they can advance in their career and be successful faster. As we have gone through the good, bad, ups and downs of this beautiful industry we have learned that by having a great team we can all be successful.
StratiVentures, Inc. – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
Strativentures is a real estate investing company in Houston, Tx that purchases and renovates residential properties along with new builds. We have a full in-house implementation team ranging from acquisitions, real estate services, project management, contracting, architectural, photography, selection design, funding, and sales.
We specialize in working with new and seasoned real estate investors in which they use all or some of our departments for each of their projects. What sets us apart from any other company is that we allow the investor to be a true investor and focus on growing their business and SVI does the rest.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
Our company growth is the proudest moment of our company. I can say that we are proud of our company each and every day as on a daily basis we see SVI members accomplish real estate goals by being a part of SVI. So we are proud every day.
