Keke Krowns Boutique was founded in 2021 by Keosha Austin. After working in healthcare supply chain buying & managing medical supplies, Keosha decided she would create a boutique with a passion for the everyday woman who likes to look good but feel comfortable in her everyday life. Also taking her knowledge of supply chain to help find the best price to keep those styles within every customer’s budget. The purpose of Keke Krowns Boutique is to bring every woman confidence and style through our hand-selected merchandise. We want our Krowned Babes to have fun in our product and to feel free and inspired.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Starting a business in 2021 in the midst of the COVID pandemic wasn’t easy. It was difficult working with distributors trying to get products due to shortages. Sales were down, and I knew I had to stay persistent and learn to adapt and changing my marketing to show women even staying in or going to run errands you can still be cute and stylish.

My biggest risk was starting this business during a pandemic and really putting all of my savings into this business not knowing what’s expected.
Every business is risky, but I truly believe if you’re passionate and can make someone inspired or to trust you to purchase from your company then the risk was worth it.
