Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
An idea that turned into what is known today as 4Low Concepts begun with a goal to help customers bringing their vision for the vehicles into reality. With the support of my family while working a full-time job, the dream began. We thought it was going to stay a very small business, but as different types of customers and ideas came, our name was spread. Leading to 4Low Concepts being known as a customization shop for all vehicles. So, my beautiful wife and I quit our jobs and now work at the shop full-time.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
For us to reach where we are today was not easy task. Starting a business means understanding new skills such as bookkeeping and more. This will include learning new task that we never needed before. Furthermore, while helping customers you want to be happy but also want to give the guidance to make their vehicle different but safe. Thus, leading to learning to say “NO” to unclear expectations while educating our customers the best to get their goals done. After modifying a vehicle, we post results on our social media platform (IG), which for a period of time was a struggle to learn. Today, we have been to concur most of these obstacles and continue thriving.
We’ve been impressed with 4Low Concepts, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
4Low Concepts is a custom suspension shop that install from lowering springs all the way to air suspension (and everything in between). Making is been known in the Stance Cars community and off-road scene. My family and I are always ready for new challenges our customers might have, no matter the reason. It could be to win trophies at events, an SEMA build, or just a daily driver. No matter what, we will give our world-class services.
What does success mean to you?
Every day, when we wake up, we want to reach our goals. We never know what will come tomorrow, so we keep pushing to get us further from failure and closer to success.
