Hi Jun, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start, maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers. 
I founded JSBC Marketing to assist small businesses in leveraging digital marketing strategies effectively. My journey began as an E-commerce Marketing Director for various automotive dealerships. During that time, I noticed many small businesses with excellent products and services were lacking adequate marketing support. This realization led me to establish my own agency, JSBC Marketing, which has now been in operation for eight years. Our success stems from providing insightful marketing strategies tailored specifically to each business, educating owners, and implementing these strategies to foster growth and visibility. 

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, it hasn’t been a smooth journey. Like many entrepreneurs, I’ve faced my share of challenges. A significant struggle has been convincing business owners that every dollar spent on marketing should be viewed as an investment in their business’s growth. Additionally, we’ve encountered situations where business owners have previously engaged with agencies that overpromise and underdeliver. These agencies often attract clients through convincing advertising that promises great results at little to no cost, making our job of building trust and demonstrating value even more crucial.
