Meet Dr. Catherine Nyongesa of Texas Cancer Centre

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Catherine Nyongesa.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Texas Cancer Centre was started in June 2010 in response to a gap in the East African region where clients we’re unable to promptly access specialized cancer treatment services. Currently, the Centre offers laboratory and diagnostic procedures, cancer screening, prevention, radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment services and palliative care.

Owing to a constrained public-sector health system, growing population, introduction of new and modern medical technologies and increased cancer awareness in Kenya the Centre wants to expand by opening its new ultra-modern chemotherapy Centre.

Hello, I am just curious whether Texas Cancer Center in Kenya is affiliated with any of the Oncology Centers in Texas, USA.A member of my family is undergoing treatment at your facility and so far, everything is going very well. The staff members are all very caring, including the doctors. For that, we are very thankful.

    Please advise.

    Kind regards,
    Grace
