We are three like-minded individuals—Marneisha, Sachet, and Marnek—who shared a vision of creating a braiding salon that prioritizes exceptional customer service. Initially, we noticed our clients were dissatisfied with their experiences at other braid shops, often sharing negative feedback. Recognizing a gap in the market, we decided to come together and establish a braiding salon where clients could enjoy a superior experience. Our journey has been fueled by a commitment to consistency and elevating the customer experience. We focus on creating an inviting environment where clients love to get their hair done. Through dedication and hard work, we’ve built a loyal clientele who appreciates our personalized service. Today, we continue to innovate and refine our services to ensure every client leaves satisfied and looking their best.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The journey has been rewarding but not without challenges. One of our biggest hurdles has been finding highly skilled braiding technicians who meet our high quality and customer service standards. We must ensure that everyone who works with us mirrors our commitment to excellence. Additionally, we faced the usual challenges of establishing a new business, such as building a client base and managing operational costs. However, our passion and dedication have helped us overcome these obstacles. We are constantly learning and adapting to serve our clients better. Despite the struggles, the satisfaction of seeing our clients happy makes it all worthwhile.
