Hi Brandon , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’m originally from Louisiana and relocated to Texas due to a horrible storm in which we lost everything—I had to pivot and start fresh. Real Estate has always been a passion of mine. As I educated myself more about it, I became more passionate about the opportunity to help others and the opportunities it creates for families to find their dream homes and create generational wealth. I first began my journey by learning about the fix and flip side of Real Estate; however, as I progressed and learned more, I realized the role of a real estate agent is to guide individuals through the process; that is the moral compass of what has driven me to do what I do today.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, it was not a smooth road. Texas is BIG! I didn’t realize how large it was until we started settling in. Learning a new area and meeting new people was challenging but also a great experience at the same time. Then, there was the period when the mortgage rates rose, and it caused a shift in the market. Many people were hesitant to go into the real estate market. However, this is when I learned more about myself and the process of this industry. Many successful moves were still being made in the market, and it took some digging to discover the right strategies and information on how such things were happening. However, this also became a new avenue of information I found valuable to share with my clients.

I’m a part of Houston Premium Homes Realty Group, in which we serve Houston and surrounding areas. How do you think about happiness?
Having a positive impact on someone’s life is what makes me happy. You never know what people are dealing with, and being able to be a positive force can be life-changing. It is important to be able to give back, whether it’s educating others on saving money, making money, or helping someone to get one step closer to their dream or being a part of the process that makes their dream come is truly an honor. My goal is to leave every situation/interaction/experience better than I found it. Building a legacy is extremely important to me, so being able to create that for my family while having a positive impact on others is my purpose.
