Hi Brandon , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’m originally from Louisian and relocated to Texas due to a horrible storm in which we lost everything. Had to pivot and start fresh. Real Estate was always a passion of mine and as I educated myself more about it. I became more passionate about the opportunity to help others and the opportunities it creates for families to not only find their dream home but to also create generational wealth. I first began my journey on learning about the fix and flip side of real estate, how ever and I progressed and learned more, I realized the role of a real estate agent to actually guide individuals through the process, That is the moral of compas of what has driven me to do what I do today.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No it was definitely not a smooth road. Texas is BIG! I did really realize how large it was until we started to get settled in. Learning a new area and also meeting new people was challenging but also a great experience at the same time. Then there was the period of when the mortgage rates rose and it really caused a shift in the market. Many people were hesitant when going into real estate. However this is when I learned more about myself and the process of this industry. There were still many successful moves being made in the market and it took some digging to learn the right strategies and information of how such things were happening, however this also became a new avenue of information I found valuable to share with my clients.

I’m apart of Houston Premium Homes Realty Group in which we serve Houston and surrounding areas. How do you think about happiness?
Having a positive impact on someone’s life is what makes me happy. You never know what people are dealing with and being able to be a positive force can be life changing. I think it is important to be able to give back, if it’s saving money, making money, or helping someone to get one step closer towards their dream or being a part of the process that actually makes their dream come is truly an honor. My goal is the leave every situation/interaction/ or experience better than I found it. Building a legacy is extremely important to me, so being able to create that for my family while also being able to have a positive impact on others is my purpose.
