Today we’d like to introduce you to Noel Comrie
Hi Noel, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I transitioned into fitness in 2016 after 10 years in oil & gas. As a former collegiate athlete, the importance of physical activity was always important to me. Fitness wasn’t only a physical outlet, but also a mental place where I could be free from everything happening in my life.
Over the years I’ve been fortunate to be of service to influence & positively change the trajectory of people’s fitness, sports performance and quality of life. I’m a fitness coach at Orangetheory, personal trainer & certified strength specialist.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It takes time to build one’s clientele. Some clients come and go, as is the unpredictability of the fitness industry. I decided to scale my business to online programs and ultimately my fitness app.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m known for my athletic workouts. As a former track & field athlete, I still train like an athlete. This is how i train my clients regardless of their athletic background.
My volunteer and internship stint at Prairie View broadened my view and gave me hands-on experience to a variety of strength & conditioning techniques. This indelible experience has been a game changer for my coaching.

My health and family matters most to me. I’m a proud father of two boys under two. My lifestyle means more now as the leader of my family.
