Hi Per, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
While I was deployed overseas, my wife came up with a fantastic idea that really resonated with me. I’ve always had the dream of owning a bar, but the high overhead costs made it seem unfeasible. At first, I didn’t take her suggestion too seriously, but when I returned home and began researching, it quickly became more appealing.
I shared the idea with my friend Noah, and he was enthusiastic about it as well. The very next day, we decided to apply for the LLC. Now, just 2.5 months in, we’re gaining a lot of traction in the community and have some exciting events on the horizon that we’re looking forward to!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Like any small business, we face our share of challenges. Many of these revolve around how to establish ourselves in a new market while staying competitive in both pricing and service. What sets us apart in the mobile bar industry is our craft approach, which is truly unique. Unlike most, we don’t rely on store-bought mixes. Every drink we serve is carefully crafted and customized in-house. From hand-squeezing fresh lime and lemon juice to creating our own signature mixes, we ensure that every detail is made from scratch, delivering a premium, one-of-a-kind experience for our clients.

Cocktails & Dreams Mobile Bar Service is unlike any other, delivering a unique and personalized experience for every event. As expert craft bartenders, we infuse creativity and style into each drink we make. Our service is entirely customizable—if you can dream it, we’ll bring it to life. Within just three months of launching, we demonstrated our dedication to excellence by winning the prestigious “Best Margarita” award at The Woodlands Margarita Festival. With a small but mighty team of three volunteers, Noah and I proudly served over 200 guests, leaving a lasting impression.
Currently, we operate three bars: two satellite setups and our flagship trailer. The trailer is equipped with a two-tap kegerator, a 24-bottle wine fridge, a 100-can cooler, and a fully functional sink, ensuring we can cater to any occasion. Beyond cocktails, we specialize in mocktails, sno-cones, and coffee, making sure even non-drinkers feel part of the celebration. At Cocktails & Dreams, no one is left out of the party!
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
Due to Texas Law Cocktails & Dreams does not sell alcohol. We are partnering up with the legislative team that was able to bring Liquor to go in Texas
