Hi Zaira, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
As a five-year-old immigrant, I was instilled with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial aspirations. Following the pandemic and the birth of my fourth son, I made the deliberate decision to leave behind 12-hour workdays and establish Dunamis Bounce Co, seizing the moment to turn my business vision into reality through determination and faith.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The journey has been challenging, yet we’ve made significant progress over the past three years, emerging stronger and more resilient. My husband and I collaboratively manage our business on weekends, while his full-time role as a fiber tech engineer enables me to focus on raising our four children and driving our entrepreneurial venture forward, poised for continued growth and success.

Dunamis Bounce Co is your go-to mobile soft play rental company for children ages 1-9. We create fun and safe environments designed to provide opportunities in early childhood, especially focusing on gross motor skills, balance, risk taking, and sensory awareness. Not only do we specialize in soft play but we offer, toddler bouncers, fun innovative new things like our bubble house (one of the first in The North Houston are) and we also specialize in balloon decorations, installs and party planning. We are truly a one stop shop.
So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
My top priority is running a business that accommodates my personal schedule, while also engaging in community advocacy. My faith, family, and personal life remain fundamental, and the freedom gained from my weekend pursuits has greatly improved my family’s circumstances.
