Hi Jay, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started off on social media just as a tool to connect with friends and old school classmates. Then I was introduced to YouTube by my best friend and that’s when my content creator journey began. I started off initially with a small following and things took off pretty fast. I have grown to love all my supporters and I have met some other pretty dope content creators throughout my time on YouTube. I plan to continue working to grow my following and continue connecting with all my genuine supporters. Me and the SQUAD are locked in for life!
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It wasn’t always easy I had some doubts in the beginning if I would be successful. It was awkward talking to the camera because it essentially is like you’re talking to yourself, but I got more comfortable over time and now it’s like second nature.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am a YouTube vlogger. I record and vlog my everyday life and post it to social media. I also create authentic promotional commercials and other content..
Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
Yes I took a risk by walking away from my old employer where I had been employed for over 19 years and I currently do social media full time.
