Thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Real DJ Goldie began his creative journey with a passion for music and design. Starting out as a DJ, he quickly immersed himself in the art of mixing beats, performing at local events, and sharing his unique sound with diverse audiences. As his music career flourished, He also discovered a love for graphic design and screen printing. Combining his artistic skills, he launched a line of custom T-shirts, each reflecting his personal style and the energy of his music. Today, Real DJ Goldie continues to blend both passions, creating a distinctive fusion of sound and design that resonates with fans worldwide.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No it have not been smooth with no help of knowledge of what I’m doing learning alone the way. No where to live at the time at different family members house or different female or friends houses every night. Learning the business part and being creative at the same time makes it a big struggle. Not getting help from people because they look at you as the competition.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’m a DJ songwriter and designer custom Tshirt. I specialize in writing I became a DJ to get my music group music out to the public.Also known for many mixtapes I’ve put out. I proud of achieving part of my goal I have gotten my brother Anderson Mars many distribution deals. What makes me different I’m a jack of all trades and I willing to still be out in the field to meet our goals as a business.
Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
That you have to have money and don’t trust everyone you come across it’s a business.. I wish I took the time to know the stuff I was going threw I know now and have patience.
