Daily Inspiration: Meet Salumi Charcuterie

Today we’d like to introduce you to Salumi Charcuterie

Hi Salumi, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Hi everyone! My name is Maria Fernanda, and I’m the proud owner and creator of Salumi Charcuterie 🧀🧺.

My passion for charcuterie began a few years ago when I met a truly special person who I believe was brought into my life by God 🤍. She introduced me to the art of cheeses and meats, shared the word of God, and inspired me to always help those in need ✨.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
There was a time when I didn’t have any event bookings for a few months, and I almost lost hope. But then, I got a booking, and from there, everything changed. I like to think that God answered my prayers✨.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
At the moment, I’m self-employed and in my final year of my accounting degree.
I specialize in creating grazing tables for special occasions, such as weddings and corporate events. I’m incredibly proud of this journey because I never imagined myself being my own boss or loving my job so much.
What sets my business apart is the attention to detail and careful planning that goes into every grazing table event.

Have you learned any interesting or important lessons due to the Covid-19 Crisis?
I learned how to do charcuterie, to enjoy and appreciate time with my loved ones and to always pour your heart into everything you do.

Pricing:

  • The Grazing tables start at $400
  • We also have Charcuterie Runners
  • Individual charcuterie $10/piece
