Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
My real estate career has definitely had its share of ups and downs. Every day is different, and that’s what keeps me on my toes. This business is far from the glamorous “Selling Sunset” lifestyle you may see on TV. It’s an around-the-clock, daily grind. There are countless instances when I’ve had to go above and beyond for my clients—whether it’s winterizing their home when they’re out of town before a freeze hits, protecting pipes, or handling unexpected emergencies without ever thinking twice about my own home. It’s all about putting my clients first, no matter what.
I’ll never forget my first deal—it was one of my toughest experiences. There were combative parties involved, a home robbery, a car crash, and even a mold investigation. To say it was a trial by fire would be an understatement. But honestly, that experience was invaluable. It was a challenging start, but it helped me learn and grow quickly in this industry, and it definitely taught me how to navigate complex situations with resilience and determination.
