Conversations with Autumn Carter

Today we’d like to introduce you to Autumn Carter

Hi Autumn, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started creating videos in middle school after watching youtube videos with my sister. I wanted to express myself and thought recording small moments would be fun. I never posted but I began to love recording everything. Years later in college I decided to take the leap of faith and start recording my life and sharing that on social media. Although I’ve only taken content creating seriously for about a year, I can’t wait to see what’s in store for my community and I!

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Creating content has been far from easy. I used to let others opinion including my family influence what I would create or post. Content creating is also a full time job so starting while in Nursing school and working was difficult and even now in my full time career as a nurse it can be difficult to juggle both. The pros outweigh the cons and I honestly would rather do this than anything else !

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I proudly became a Registered Nurse at 22 years old. I began my career in a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit specialty in one of the best medical centers in the world. This careers comes with its ups and downs, but I love being used by the Lord to take care of others. It’s a gift! It’s my passion! I’ve learned and grown so much within my nursing career and I can’t wait to see where it leads me

What matters most to you? Why?
My relationship with God matters the most to me. Life is short and confusing. Without God by my side and giving me strength I wouldn’t be the woman I am today. To piggyback I am grateful for my family. They have instilled such great values in me that have shaped my womanhood thus far.
