Queen Zuri Sweets & Savory was started in 2016, as my passion for food and wholesome delicious baking. I Kim Ann Soto is the founder of Queen Zuri Sweet & Savory, who was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. Growing up I love spending time in the kitchen with my grandmother baking, where I learned the crafted and honed in on her talent for producing quality desserts. My favorite memories included helping my grandmother with the holiday desserts. The recipes, I have perfected, are recipes that was passed down to me from my grandmother, “Ms. Pinky”. My business Queen Zuri infuses traditional New Orleans flavor in each dessert I create. Each dessert is a reflection of my grandmother’s special recipes and offer customers an explosion of New Orleans flavor and experience through desserts and life story.
The word spread and eventually Queen Zuri Sweet & Savory became known for delicious desserts and unique packaging.
