“Hello, I’m Nikki Allure, Senior Brand Strategist and Founder of Eve Strategize Agency, a brand development agency specializing in content curation. With over six years of experience, we’ve helped numerous clients build their brands through strategic content creation.
As a single mother and entrepreneur, I’ve learned to adapt and innovate. After relocating to Houston six months ago, I’m excited to launch my TV show on CW 39 Houston. To support my own content creation and that of my clients, I sought to create a dedicated studio space.
Introducing Le Decorum Studio, a haven for creators seeking a sophisticated and inspiring environment. In today’s fast-paced world, I believe decorum is often overlooked. My studio aims to provide a welcoming atmosphere that exudes class, luxury, and relaxation.
With plans to expand across Texas, our next locations will be in Dallas and Austin. I’m committed to maintaining an intimate and cozy setting, ensuring our clients feel secure and at ease. Ample parking and a relaxed ambiance will make Le Decorum Studio the go-to destination for content creators.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
“Finding reliable and affordable workers in the Houston area proved to be a significant challenge. Many contractors were not only expensive but also unreliable. That was until I discovered Thumbtack, an app that allowed me to filter through various contractors and find the right fit.
I have to share a funny story about how I met my contractor, John Davis. Initially, I hired him to remove carpet and assess the feasibility of installing tile. But it turned out that he was incredibly skilled in multiple areas, including painting and assembly.
I shared my vision with John, and he played a instrumental role in bringing Le Decorum Studio to life. His expertise and dedication were invaluable, and I’m grateful to have found him through Thumbtack.”

What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
“As a Miami native turned Houston transplant, I’ve fallen in love with the city’s diverse offerings. From its vibrant cultural scene to its endless entertainment options, Houston has something for everyone. I’m also impressed by the quality of people here – everyone is so focused on their goals, and it’s easy to tune out the noise and stay motivated.
However, as a Haitian American, I do miss the large Haitian community I was accustomed to in Miami. Houston’s Haitian community is smaller, and I’ve had to search harder to find authentic Haitian restaurants and cultural experiences.
One thing that’s taken some getting used to is Houston’s road infrastructure. The potholes, uneven lanes, and faded road lines can be frustrating to navigate. A little TLC would go a long way in improving the city’s streets!”
