Check Out Vincent Markesino’s Story

Today we’re excited to be connecting with Vincent Markesino again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.

Vincent, always such a pleasure connecting with you and thank you for sharing your stories, insights and inspiring messages with our community. We’re looking forward to getting the download and what you have been up to since our last interview, but first can you briefly introduce yourself to folks who might have missed the prior conversation.
From Coffee to Code: How Vincent Markesino Built Web Updates into a Digital Powerhouse

When we last spoke with Vincent Markesino, the conversation was all about coffee—sourcing, brokering, and helping entrepreneurs launch their own coffee brands. But like many industries, coffee was not immune to the disruptions of the pandemic. Supply chains stalled, and businesses struggled to stay afloat. For Markesino, this moment wasn’t just a challenge; it was an opportunity to pivot.

With more people shifting to remote work and entrepreneurship, Markesino tapped into his existing web skills—originally used to help small coffee startups—and founded Web Updates (webupdates.net). The company quickly became a vital resource for independent businesses, particularly Nurse-Owned Staffing Agencies (NOSAs), a rapidly growing sector in the healthcare industry.

Markesino saw the need for strong digital foundations in an industry where professionals were highly skilled in patient care but often lacked the time or expertise to build their brands. Web Updates stepped in, offering custom-built websites, social media management, marketing strategies, and overall brand development, ensuring that NOSAs could hit the ground running with a strong online presence.

Since its launch, Web Updates has helped over 1,200 businesses and brands successfully establish themselves, proving that adaptability and digital innovation are crucial in today’s business world.

“I’ve always believed in meeting people where they are and helping them get where they want to go,” says Markesino. “Whether it was coffee entrepreneurs or healthcare professionals, my goal has always been to create systems that work, so businesses can focus on what they do best.”

With Web Updates continuing to expand its reach, Markesino is proving that a well-built digital presence can make or break a business in today’s market. And as more professionals step into entrepreneurship, he and his team remain at the forefront, ensuring they have the tools to succeed.

Awesome, so we reached out because we wanted to hear all about what you have been up to since we last connected
Since our last conversation, a lot has changed. Back then, my focus was on coffee—helping entrepreneurs build and scale their own coffee brands. But like many industries, the pandemic shook things up, and even coffee supply chains came to a standstill. During that time, I noticed a major shift—more people were stepping into entrepreneurship, working from home, and looking for ways to build something of their own.

I took the web skills I had from assisting small coffee businesses and launched Web Updates (webupdates.net), shifting my focus to helping new businesses get established online. One of the biggest industries I found myself working with was Nurse-Owned Staffing Agencies (NOSAs)—nurses who were starting their own staffing businesses but needed help with websites, branding, social media, and marketing. These are professionals who are incredible at what they do but often don’t have the time or expertise to build a strong digital presence. That’s where Web Updates comes in.

Fast forward to today, and Web Updates has helped over 1,200 businesses launch successfully, and that number keeps growing. The most exciting part is seeing these businesses not just launch but thrive—getting contracts, expanding their teams, and making a real impact in their industries.

It hasn’t all been easy—scaling up quickly comes with its own challenges—but the growth has been incredible. I’m especially excited about expanding our reach, refining our services, and continuing to support small businesses and entrepreneurs who are making big moves in their industries.

At the end of the day, what drives me is helping people turn their ideas into something real. Whether it was coffee brands back then or staffing agencies today, the mission has always been the same—giving businesses the tools they need to succeed. And I’m just getting started.
