I’m thrilled to reconnect with Voyage Houston! For those who may not know me, I’m Maria Moreno, a dedicated real estate professional with LPT Realty LLC/Azzur Realty Group, specializing in Houston and the surrounding areas. I hold designations as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), allowing me to better serve a diverse range of clients. Real estate has been my passion for years, and I take great pride in guiding my clients through one of the most significant decisions of their lives—whether they’re buying, selling, or leasing a home.
Since my last interview, my journey has continued to evolve. I’ve had the privilege of helping even more families find their dream homes, assisting sellers in maximizing their returns, and supporting investors in making strategic real estate decisions. Since our last conversation, my real estate journey has been filled with growth and new opportunities. The market has its challenges, but I’ve been focused on helping clients turn them into advantages—whether buying, selling, or leasing. My MRP and SRS designations have also allowed me to better serve military families and sellers with specialized expertise.
What excites me most is the chance to keep learning, adapting, and helping clients succeed in an evolving market. By leveraging innovative marketing, strong negotiation skills, and a client-first approach, I ensure every transaction is a step toward someone’s dream. 2025 holds exciting opportunities, and I can’t wait to see what’s next!

A perfect day for me would start with an early morning workout to get my energy up. After that, I’d enjoy some quiet time with a good book, followed by relaxing by the beach. I love soaking up the sun and listening to the waves. As the day winds down, a nice lemon drop martini and just unwinding sounds like the ideal way to top it off. It’s all about balance—mixing productivity, relaxation, and moments of pure enjoyment.
