We’re looking forward to getting the download and what you have been up to since our last interview, but first can you briefly introduce yourself to folks who might have missed the prior conversation.
My name is Michelynne Bell, and I am the owner of HRGS and MKK Bell Consulting. We are an HR firm dedicated to assisting organizations globally. Since we last spoke, we’ve hosted several impactful events, developed a dynamic leadership training program titled “Leadership Titanic,” and have continued to support organizations in their growth. Additionally, we’ve had the privilege of helping leaders thrive around the world.
Great, so let’s jump into an update on what you have been up to since we last spoke. What can you share with us?
Things are going great on our end! Our office is bustling with activity, especially with the recent shift with a new presidential leader in place. We anticipate an even busier period ahead as we assist employers in navigating the evolving landscape.
We’re also excited to expand our leadership and training offerings. Leadership is at the core of everything we do, so we’re focused on developing programs that can meet leaders where they are and help them thrive.
