Hi, I’m Dr. Chiquita Davis – a trailblazing entrepreneur, visionary leader, and passionate advocate for women’s empowerment. With over a decade of experience in business development and faith-driven entrepreneurship, I’ve dedicated my life to helping women turn vision into victory.
My journey started with a deep desire to see women win. Not just in business—but in life, legacy, and leadership. As the CEO and Founder of WGG Solutions, LLC, Women With Vision & Purpose, Purpose Driven Women Academy, and Brand You Marketing, I’ve created platforms that amplify the voices, gifts, and callings of ambitious women across the country.
But my story isn’t just about titles—it’s about transformation. I’ve co-authored impactful books like BlackHer Story, poured into communities through ForbesBLK and the Houston Black Music Awards, and consistently shown up to remind women that purpose will always make room for them.
At the heart of everything I do are four pillars: empowerment, education, community, and impact. These aren’t just buzzwords—they’re the blueprint. Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Absolutely not—it’s been anything but smooth. My road has had bumps, detours, and seasons where I questioned everything. There were moments of financial strain, moments of doubt, and moments where I had to lead others while feeling completely empty myself. But God kept reminding me that the vision wasn’t just mine—it was His.
One of my biggest struggles was balancing purpose and pressure. Building multiple brands while being a single mother, serving in ministry, and navigating my own healing required an inner strength that could only come from faith. There were doors that closed in my face, partnerships that weren’t aligned, and seasons where the support I gave wasn’t always returned. But I stayed anchored in the assignment.
I’ve also wrestled with imposter syndrome—that inner voice that tries to make you forget you’re called, chosen, and equipped. But through prayer, community, and radical obedience, I pushed through.
The road hasn’t been smooth, but it’s been sacred. And every challenge built the woman, the leader, and the coach I am today.
