Leslie, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My journey into the travel industry started with a lifelong love for Disney and Universal. As a former Disney cast member and someone who visits the parks regularly, helping others experience the magic came naturally to me. I started casually helping friends and family plan their trips, and quickly realized I had a true passion (and knack) for making vacation dreams come true. That passion grew into my travel business, where I now help families, couples, and solo travelers plan unforgettable Disney and Universal vacations. It’s been such a rewarding journey, and I’m grateful every day to be able to turn something I love into a career.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t always been a smooth road — starting a new business comes with its challenges. One of the biggest struggles was getting my name out there and building a client base from scratch. It takes time, consistency, and a lot of behind-the-scenes work that people don’t always see. There were moments of doubt, but I stayed focused on providing value, building genuine relationships, and trusting that over time, the momentum would grow. Every challenge has taught me something new and made the journey even more rewarding

I specialize in planning Disney and Universal vacations, helping families, couples, and solo travelers create truly magical experiences. From personalized itineraries to price monitoring and insider tips, I take the stress out of planning so my clients can focus on making memories. I’m most proud of the personal touch I bring to every trip — I genuinely care about each client’s experience, and I treat every vacation like it’s my own. What sets me apart is not just my firsthand knowledge as a former Disney cast member, but the heart and attention to detail I pour into every plan. I’m here every step of the way for my clients, and I’m always just a message away!

What matters most to you?
What matters most to me is providing exceptional customer service and truly being there for my clients. I believe that planning a trip, especially something as special as a Disney or Universal vacation, should feel exciting — not stressful. That’s why I make it a priority to go above and beyond, answer questions quickly, and be available every step of the way. I want my clients to feel supported, heard, and excited about their upcoming adventure. Their happiness is my biggest priority.
