Check Out Jordan Dial’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jordan Dial.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Absolutely.

When my husband and I first started dating about ten years ago, we always said that one day we would potentially open a bar, restaurant, etc. and it would be called Kentucky Ginger. We both love cooking, dining out, cocktails… the whole experience. In 2023, we decided that if we were ever going to do this, that we needed to start with brand recognition, so I started Kentucky Ginger on Instagram. I didn’t really know which direction it was going to take, but ultimately cocktails + mocktails really resonated. Since then, it has become my goal to teach people that you can make delicious cocktails at home using quality, seasonal ingredients. Making delicious dinners and drinks at home doesn’t have to be hard!

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I am learning something new every day. I have been in healthcare staffing for 13 years, so to be learning a different industry at my age is fun and exciting. With that comes a lot of learning curves, but it’s fun to fake it until you make it!

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am currently a Travel Nurse Recruiter by day, and UGC Content Creator by night! I have been in healthcare staffing for 13 years, and have often been recognized as a top performer in the industry. I am very thankful for that. I think what sets me apart is my ability to establish rapport and build trust with my clients quicker than others.

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Resiliency, and the ability to adapt. Things are constantly changing, and so should you. If you do not change/adapt, you will get left behind.
