Today we’d like to introduce you to Earnest Eastland.
Hi Earnest, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Growing up in the historic neighborhood of Acreage Homes, “Acres Homes”, a community located within the inner-city limits of Houston, Texas has allowed me to adapt, adjust and manifest to various of life’s concepts and situations. Which has positioned me to incorporate the message of life’s concept “You will never enjoy tomorrow joys if you never embrace today’s trials and tribulations”. Adhering to this concept is how I believe I have been able to inspire mentors, peers, as well the youth and
young adults of today.
I graduated from Booker T Washington The High School of Engineering Professions,
there I accumulated the title as a Max Emfinger High School All- American as a Quarterback. I am also a proud alumna of World-renowned Grambling State University, where I received my bachelor’s degree in the field of Psychology with a minor is Clinical Psychology.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road to success has not been easy or smooth. It has come with many bumps, bruises and headaches, sleepless nights and even earlier mornings.
Losing my father, my freshman year of college, made things very difficult for me when it came to understanding life and how to navigate it as a man. Overcoming this great of a challenge and obstacle at such an early age demanded me to become a man sooner than I had the want or desire in doing so!
Having had a strong and solid foundation from my parents, I truly believe is what has positioned me to posses the mindset I have regarding my determination in leaving a legacy and being known what is to be considered a success.

I am an Executive Management and Philanthropist. In my role as such, I serve and assist clients as their strategic advisor regarding their brand partnerships, brand marketing and brand engagement and expansion.
Providing clients with expert experience, insights along and suggestions regarding organizational brand development and operational efficiency.
Within my role I pride myself for creating, manifesting and expanding my clients resumes, platforms and abilities.
Having an eye for analyzing complex change to various business structures and challenges, demand me to operate at a high frequency while researching and growing my desire for knowledge so that information is delivered to my clients in the highest form of success probability!
How do you think about happiness?
Having the time, energy and effort and finances to provide for my wife and sons is truly what makes me happy.
To have the opportunity to problem solve and to just simply be apart of the process of making things happen provides ultimate joy.
To know you had a part to play in creating the possibility of someone’s smile is indeed for me the greatest form joy I truly believe a person can come in contact with.
