We’re looking forward to introducing you to AARON CHADWICK. Check out our conversation below.
Good morning AARON, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What are you most proud of building — that nobody sees?
If I had to choose just one thing I’m most proud of, it would be building my family legacy alongside my wife. It’s the thing that drives me every single day. It’s not something people see on the outside. It doesn’t show up in headlines or bank accounts. It shows up in the quiet moments, the late nights, the sacrifices we make together, and the values we choose when no one’s looking.
Together, we’ve worked to lay a foundation that our children can stand on—one rooted in faith, love, integrity, strength, and unity. We want them to know exactly who they are, to walk through life with character, and to never forget where they came from. Every decision we make—how we spend our time, how we love each other, how we handle hardship—is about more than just today. It’s about what we’re leaving behind for them tomorrow.
It’s not glamorous, and it’s not easy. But it’s everything. If one day our kids can look back and say, “Because of how Mom and Dad lived, I know how I should,” then we’ll know we did something right. That’s the legacy we’re building—quietly, intentionally, and with love. And that’s what I’m most proud of.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, we’re Aaron and Casey Chadwick—a husband and wife team, proud parents, Pawpaw and Gram, and entrepreneurs at heart. Together, we own and operate multiple businesses, including JMS of Houston, Redwick’s Wedding in the Woods venue, a small ranch, and a tool production company called Poolside Butler, which is set to launch within the next 6 to 8 weeks. We consider it a true blessing to work alongside such strong, dedicated team members within each organization. Their commitment not only fuels the success of our companies but also allows us to help improve the lives of our employees, our family, and ourselves.
What sets us apart isn’t a flashy brand or a special formula—it’s our values. We lead every venture with integrity. We’re relentless about delivering on what we say we will, even when it comes at a personal cost. We believe customer service still matters. That your word should mean something. And that doing the right thing—every single time—is what truly builds something that lasts.
Our interests might not be unique, but our heart is clear: we want to help people win in life. Whether it’s a customer, a team member, a friend, or someone we just met—if there’s a way we can help move someone forward, we will. That’s our story. That’s our brand. And that’s what we’re committed to building every day.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. Who taught you the most about work?
For me, Aaron, I’d have to say it was the men and my mom in my life—starting with my father, my stepfather, my mother, and my father-in-law. Though two of those men are no longer with us, each one instilled in me a work ethic that was solid, fair, and intentional. My mother, especially—there was never a day or night that she wasn’t working to make sure her children were taken care of. Her resilience and drive shaped so much of who I am.
For Casey, it was her mom and dad who provided a living example of entrepreneurship. She spent many late nights curled up under their desks at the office, watching them finish up their workday—soaking in, from a young age, what it means to build something, sacrifice for it, and stay committed no matter what.
Together, those examples built the foundation for how we approach our work today—with grit, care, and purpose.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
Together, those examples built the foundation for how we approach our work today—with grit, care, and purpose.
What a great question—one I’ve asked myself so many times! Honestly, I’d probably start by telling my younger self to invest everything I could into Google, Apple, and Amazon… and hold on for a great ride! LOL.
But jokes aside, I’d say this: You’re going to figure it out. The road won’t always be easy or clear, but if you stay grounded in faith, keep your integrity intact, and lean into hard work, you’ll build something meaningful—over and over again. That would be the kind thing I would say to myself, just truth.
Casey and I have always been the kind to buckle down, find a path, and charge full steam ahead. If it worked, great—we’d pour into it. And when it reached its full potential, we’d look for another opportunity and do it all over again. That’s just who we are.
We’ll probably never stop chasing growth in our current businesses—or new ones. But if we ever did slow down, it would only be because we were finally tired enough to stop! LOL. Until then, we’ll keep building, keep dreaming, and keep doing it together.
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
I hope they would say that Casey and I are ethical, trustworthy people. That we live with a strong moral compass—grounded in our faith as Christians, and consistent in how we show up as business owners, friends, and family. We know we’re far from perfect, and we’ve never claimed to be.
I’d like to think they’d say we’re the kind of people who show up when it matters. That even if we’re not front and center, we’re always there in the background—supportive, steady, and never needing the spotlight.
I hope they’d say we love our family deeply—like no one they’ve ever seen. That we live life fully, love God wholeheartedly, and make our family our highest priority. Because at the end of the day, if that’s what people see in us—then we’re doing something right.
Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. If you knew you had 10 years left, what would you stop doing immediately?
I can’t speak for my wife, but I’d be willing to bet that if this were truly the case, we wouldn’t slow down—we’d actually pour ourselves even more intentionally into building our legacy.
I would stop wasting time on things that don’t matter—on distractions, negativity, or anything that doesn’t align with the people and purpose we care most about. We would focus on creating as many memories as possible with our family, making sure our time together is rich, meaningful, and lasting.
At the same time, we’d double down on being intentional with our businesses—not just for success today, but to build something that gives our family options and security when we’re gone. Ten years is short, but it’s enough time to make every moment count—and we’d make sure it does.
