Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Legacy Tax & Bookkeeping LLC was born from a vision I had in 2023.

At first, I planned for the business to be a fully virtual firm under the name Elite Financial Solutions LLC.

However, as I reflected on my true purpose, I realized that the name Legacy better represented the mission—helping individuals and businesses create, preserve, and pass on something lasting.

That’s how Legacy Tax & Bookkeeping came to life.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road. Starting Legacy Tax & Bookkeeping LLC meant stepping out in faith and navigating the uncertainties that come with building a business from the ground up.

Some of the challenges included balancing work with family responsibilities, learning the ins and outs of running a fully virtual firm, and earning trust as a new brand.

There were moments of doubt, but each obstacle pushed me to grow stronger, stay focused on my vision, and lean on God’s guidance.

Every challenge has been a stepping stone toward building a firm that truly serves others.

At Legacy Tax & Bookkeeping LLC, we specialize in both individual and business tax return preparation.

Beyond tax season, we support business owners year-round with quarterly tax filings, bookkeeping, payroll, business formation assistance, and even notary services.

Over the next 5–10 years, I believe the tax and bookkeeping industry will continue shifting toward virtual and cloud-based services, making financial management more accessible and efficient for everyone. But beyond technology, I see an opportunity to inspire others to take control of their future.

My vision is to help aspiring entrepreneurs become their own boss by opening their own Legacy Tax & Bookkeeping offices. Through a franchise model, Legacy can expand nationwide—offering not just tax and bookkeeping services, but also opportunities for growth, independence, and generational impact. Legacy is about more than finances—it’s about building something lasting.
