Today we’d like to introduce you to Sandra Pham.

Sandra, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started my career as an in-house wedding coordinator in 2013 at a local venue, and while I loved what I did, I often felt underappreciated. In 2018, I took a leap of faith and founded The Majestic Wedding to pursue my dream of creating meaningful, personalized celebrations. What began as just me has grown into a team offering full-service planning, partial planning, day-of coordination, as well as DJ, entertainment, and photobooth services. Along the way, I’ve learned the importance of adaptability—especially as the industry evolves with rising costs and a new generation of couples. Today, I’m proud that we’ve built a business known for our creativity, passion, teamwork, and ability to design celebrations that truly reflect each couple’s unique story.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t always been a smooth road. Starting The Majestic Wedding in 2018 was both exciting and scary—I had to build everything from the ground up while proving myself in a very competitive industry. There were moments of financial uncertainty, times when I doubted myself, and of course the challenges that came with balancing creativity and the demands of running a business. More recently, rising costs and a new generation of couples have pushed us to adapt and pivot our services. But looking back, those struggles taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of staying true to my passion. Each challenge ultimately helped shape the business into what it is today.

The Majestic Wedding is a Houston-based team of dedicated wedding and event professionals, offering top-tier coordination services along with an extensive network of trusted vendors to cover every aspect of your wedding day. We specialize in creating personalized, meaningful weddings through planning and coordination services, DJ and entertainment, and photobooth experiences. What sets us apart is our focus on each couple’s unique story, culture, and personality, paired with a passionate, creative team committed to making every detail unforgettable. We don’t just plan events—we craft moments of love and joy that couples will cherish forever.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
What makes me happiest is helping people celebrate the most meaningful moments of their lives. There’s something incredibly fulfilling about seeing a couple’s vision come to life and knowing I played a part in creating memories they’ll cherish forever. I also find joy in exploring new experiences—traveling, trying new foods, and learning about different cultures—which inspires my creativity and allows me to bring fresh ideas to the weddings I plan. On a personal level, knowing that my family and friends are healthy and happy also brings me a great sense of joy.
