Story & Lesson Highlights with Christian Graffagnino Infinite Image Consulting of Friendswood

We recently had the chance to connect with Christian Graffagnino Infinite Image Consulting and have shared our conversation below.

Christian Graffagnino, a huge thanks to you for investing the time to share your wisdom with those who are seeking it. We think it’s so important for us to share stories with our neighbors, friends and community because knowledge multiples when we share with each other. Let’s jump in: What are you being called to do now, that you may have been afraid of before?
What I’m being called to do now, that I may have been afraid of before, is writing a book. This project has been nearly eight years in the making, and now I feel both ready and grateful to bring it to life. It’s more than just a book…it’s a reflection of my faith as a Christian, my culture growing up in South Louisiana, and, of course, my love for fashion and the confidence it can create. For a long time, the idea felt too big or maybe even intimidating, but I’ve come to see it as a calling I can no longer ignore. Now, I get to weave together my values, my heritage, and my professional expertise into something that can inspire and empower others.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Christian Graffagnino, and I’m the founder and lead stylist of Infinite Image Consulting. For over a decade, I’ve had the joy of helping women in life transitions, whether it’s a new career, a lifestyle change, or simply stepping into a more confident version of themselves, discover wardrobes that truly align with who they are becoming.

What makes my brand unique is that we don’t just focus on clothes; we focus on the whole woman. Through certified color analysis, wardrobe editing, shopping, and styling, we create what I like to call a ‘Style Recipe’ – a personalized blend of clarity, confidence, and alignment that lasts beyond the trends.

My story is rooted in both faith and fashion. As a Christian, my work is about so much more than the outer image; it’s about helping women feel empowered, authentic, and aligned from the inside out. I also bring a little flavor from my South Louisiana upbringing, which means I value hospitality, community, and making style fun and approachable.

Right now, I’m especially excited about two big projects: scaling Infinite Image into a multi-stylist agency so we can serve more women, and completing my first book, which has been eight years in the making. Both are opportunities to expand my mission of helping women show up with confidence in every season of their lives.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
This is a tough question, but such a meaningful one. The part of me that has served its purpose and must now be released is the young-girl mentality. Her innocence and naivety gave me a sense of wonder and optimism about the world, and I’m grateful for that. It helped shape who I am today. But now it’s time to let that version of me go. I’m being called to step fully into the woman, the leader, the queen that I am meant to be. Holding on to that childlike innocence was beautiful, but releasing it allows me to embrace my power, wisdom, and purpose with confidence.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
Baby girl, you are beautiful and so deeply loved. You have such a bright future ahead of you, and the work you will do, and the woman you will become will touch and change so many lives. The faith you carry will be your anchor, and your light will shine in ways you can’t even imagine. Keep being your true, authentic self and keep spreading kindness. It matters more than you know. You are capable, worthy, and held in love. And remember, God has a perfect plan for your life. Trust that He is guiding you every single step of the way.

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. How do you differentiate between fads and real foundational shifts?
For me, fads are like fashion trends…they’re fun, flashy, and temporary. They come and go with the seasons. But real foundational shifts are different. They’re authentic, lasting changes that align with who you truly are at your core. A fad might change your outfit, but a foundational shift transforms the way you show up in the world. It’s when style meets substance, and you step more fully into your true self with confidence and purpose.

Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. Are you doing what you were born to do—or what you were told to do?
I can say with full confidence that I am doing what I was born and created to do. When I look back, it’s amazing to see how every opportunity prepared me for this work. From my very first jobs in high school at a specialty shoe store and assisting with fashion shows at local department stores, to working in fine jewelry during college alongside a gemologist learning the art and detail of that industry, to later using my logistics and planning skills while working at NASA – all of those experiences became stepping stones. Each one gave me pieces of the puzzle that now come together in my role today: leading the Infinite Image Consulting team and helping women strategize the best way to clothe themselves so they can show up as the most authentic, confident version of who they were created to be.
