Today we’d like to introduce you to Brady Roberts.
Brady, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Brady always had a passion for fitness and found that helping others achieve their fitness goals was personally fulfilling. Therefore, he decided to pursue a degree in kinesiology and exercise science. In 2006, Brady graduated with honors from the University of Houston with a B.S. in Kinesiology and a minor in Health. Since he starting training in the Houston area, he has developed a loyal clientele. He is known for his work with cancer survivors, those with physical limitations, pregnant women, fitness competitors, people recovering from injury, athletes, special populations- including the elderly and many houston area business professionals.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
When I transitioned to working for myself I had to overcome a lot of fear. The unknown is something many people struggle with. Ultimately, it was a great choice and has allowed me to fully develop my business and gain more interpersonal skills as a self manger.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
