Yama, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
As the Marketing Director of Y.N. Marketing Solutions, Yama Nazary oversees the daily operations of his firm with a focus on driving performance and developing talent. With a background in Political Science, Yama brings strong leadership, strategic communication, and an unwavering work ethic to every aspect of the business. His passion lies in creating opportunities for others, guiding them toward personal and professional success. Outside of the office, Yama enjoys golfing, watching sports, and spending quality time with his family. A true motivator at heart, his ultimate goal is to reach a level of success that enables him to fully support and honor his parents by relieving them of financial responsibility.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
In the beginning I struggled a lot with patience and the desire for instant gratification. During this time, my mentor suggested the book “Compound Effect” by Darren Hardy, and I was able to realize that success only comes from consistently doing the same things each day to build you up to the point of where you want to be.

As you know, we’re big fans of Y.N. Marketing Solutions, Inc.. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Y.N. Marketing Solutions is a third party Sales and Marketing firm located in the Houston area. We specialize in helping individuals achieve growth and advancement in their career through hands on mentorship. We prioritize the goals that each of our employees have for themselves and the self development they need to get them to success. To us, sales are just a bi-product of an individuals growth in their career. As an office we don’t prioritize the number of sales an employee achieves, but rather the individuals growth within themselves in their career. When taking a step back and looking at the brand i’ve built over this past year, i’m most proud to see the achievements of those that have worked alongside me and helped me build my brand from the ground up. It is important to me that people know we are more than just a sales and marketing firm, we are a team of people coming together to help everyone around us achieve success, no matter what success looks like to them.

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
The biggest quality is my commitment to self development. Without the capability to maintain the mindset of always having room to grow or room for improvement, I would never get to the point I am now.
