Thanks for sharing your story with us Kimberly. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
My Story? Well, it really started with me making a special shirt to support my kids in their sport or activity. #1 FAN!!!!!
So, I am that crazy mom that must have a special personalized shirt or bag (or both) for every event my kids are involved in. Whether that was Volleyball, Dance, Cheer, Track, Selling Girl Scout Cookies, Matching Team shirts for Mud Runs… You name it! I had been designing shirts as a hobby with my mom for about 10 years before I decided that ‘This is what I want to do with my life!’ I want to share my designs with other enthusiastic moms (and dads) that are also sooooooo proud of their kids that they cannot control themselves. 🙂
Well, December 2016 I decided to do what I love full time and help others with their custom apparel needs. I can’t say it’s been an easy road but luckily, I am still on it and truly love what I do.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
That’s funny. NO, it has been a very bumpy road. Mostly financially getting off the ground without going into massive debt while doing so. Also, it’s been a big adjustment for my family to not have the ‘steady paycheck’ as we were so very used to.

My company is awesome because I create all my designs, so they are truly one of a kind. I have created designs for Cheer Teams, Drill Teams, FFA Groups, Football, Track, Bowling, Basketball, Gym Groups, and more. I really like to focus on the school sports and clubs. I love getting ideas from the client and going to town to make them an awesome and unique product. Although I do love my BLING aspect of my business where I utilize my Spangles, and Glitter, I can also tone it down for the dads out there. 🙂 Basically, you let me know what you need, and I’ll take care of it.
I am the proudest of the fact that my work/designs are mine. I made them. So cool!
Very few businesses out there offer Spangles. What are spangles? Do you like Rhinestones and Bling? Wait until you see SPANGLES! It’s like rhinestones except better! Soft and Flat and Sparklier!!!! (Is that a word?) AND LEAD FREE and Safe for babies and kids! I’m so excited to be able to offer Spangle designs as part of my business.
What were you like growing up?
Hmmm. Into EVERYTHING. I had to do it all. I was in drill team, cheer pep squad, bowling team, art classes, babysitting, sewing, pets… I could go on and on really. I guess to sum it up, I was very curious.
