Today we’d like to introduce you to Ariel Beltran.
Ariel, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Just like anyone else, I’ve walked through this experience called life. Needless to say, with that, the mountains and valleys I’ve encountered have shaped how I see the world, how I relate to others, and ultimately, how I’ve learned to see others through the lens of compassion. My own struggles taught me the importance of resilience and healing, and they became the foundation for my desire to help others do the same.
After working through those challenges, I felt called to pursue a path where I could support people in their own journeys. That led me to train as a therapist and eventually open my practice, where I now help clients identify their innermost battles, overcome obstacles, and move toward the life they want to live.
I truly believe that everyone is capable of growth and healing, and my purpose is to walk alongside others as they discover their strength and embrace their most fulfilled lives.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I have to chuckle at this question because nothing about pursuing a dream is ever completely smooth. There have been setbacks, life events, and plenty of trial-and-error moments — but I wouldn’t change a thing. I often think of life like a movie: if everything went perfectly, what kind of story would that be?
Along the way, I questioned myself, doubted my abilities, and wrestled with how to actually take action toward my vision. Those doubts still appear sometimes, but now I trust myself and focus on consistent, small progress. I’ve learned to see struggles not as roadblocks, but as teachers that build resilience and shape the way I move through life.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
For me, this has never felt like work — it’s my purpose in action. I have the privilege of being trusted with clients’ most heartfelt emotions, from their deepest grief to their greatest joys. My specialty is helping women navigate self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship issues, and parenting.
I’m most proud of the trust my clients place in me and the authentic, compassionate space I create for them. My approach is simple: I meet humans where they are. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I guide clients in recognizing their true selves — beyond limiting beliefs or outside influences — so their inner light can shine. Helping clients achieve that transformation, which lasts far beyond our sessions, is my ultimate goal.
What’s next?
Looking ahead, my focus is on continuing the work I love. I look forward to helping more clients grow into their full potential and live authentically. Right now, I feel content doing exactly that.
Pricing:
- All 50 minute sessions are $125 per therapy hour. I’m self pay only, but I can include a superbill for the client to give to their insurance company for potential reimbursement.
