Hi Angelia, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Twenty-five years of my professional life was dedicated to preventative health, I mainly focused on women, children and senior health. When I saw the opportunity for Gameday Men’s Health in early 2024, it didn’t take me long to like their concept – changing life, one man at a time, through hormone health optimization. I’m passionate in helping men regain their confidence and feeling their best. I believe in doing so they’ll have better quality of life. Consequently this will benefit their relationships with their partners and children.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It is definitely not a smooth ride. It is never easy to open up a clinic. I face daily challenges covering learning a new business strategy, running a new operations, training new staff, learning new marketing tactics, resolving financial and technical issues… The list goes on. However, as stressful as it is, it is just a part of the process, things will be better. Through time and experience, my team and I learn to hurdle through all difficulties. The rewards of seeing happier and healthier men (and family) out weight the challenges we face. It has been a rewarding journey thus far.

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
I’m inspired by our CEO and founder of Gameday Men’s Health. With a background in behavioral health, Evan Miller, Ph.D. personally experienced the effects of low testosterone. He found it was hard to find a place that spoke to him — often experiencing a clinical environment that was cold, unfriendly and in some cases downright sketchy. He wanted a place where not only did the average guy feel comfortable in the physical space — friendly and knowledgeable staff, sports on the screens, and fast appointments — but also was treating the source of men’s health problems with personalized care instead of blanket solutions. He created a professional team at the corporate office to support franchisees with our needs.
I’m also motivated by my husband Brandon Nguyen. After since we opened our clinic in November 2024, Brandon started his TRT journey. I witness the improvement in his health and his energy. This journey also helps keep us closer as a couple.
