Today we’d like to introduce you to Andrea Barr.
Hi Andrea, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Andrea L. Uresti Barr (“Andrea”) launched Barr Law, PLLC after launching and serving as a Managing Attorney of a multi-state boutique estate litigation firm for almost two years. After seeing how she could start and run a satellite office of another firm, she decided to venture out on her own and hang her “shingle.”
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Andrea started law school wanting to be a real estate law attorney, but from her first apprenticeship position through her offer as an associate attorney, Andrea handled contested matters in fiduciary, guardianship, probate, and trust litigation. Andrea may not have started or ended in the practice area she planned to be in when she started law school but she found her niche and Andrea’s practice still involves real estate law including but not limited to joint tenancy, partition agreements, and evaluating real property instruments. She learned that sometimes the journey takes you where you are supposed to be, not where you planned to end up.

Barr Law, PLLC is a firm run by a lady lawyer whose brand is authenticity and managing expectations from intake through closing of the matter.
