Hi Vanessa, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of culture, storytelling, and hospitality. Growing up between Mexico and the U.S., then earning my MBA in Luxury Brand Management in France, shaped the vision for Social Brand Boutique—a Houston-based agency that treats each restaurant as a story to be told, not just a business to be promoted. I started small, focusing on a handful of clients, and today we partner with some of the city’s most dynamic dining destinations. By keeping our portfolio intentionally small, we’re able to give each client the attention of a true partner in their growth. This journey has been one of passion, persistence, and joy—helping chefs bring their vision to life and seeing guests connect with their stories is what inspires me every day.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Not at all—like most entrepreneurs, my path has had its share of challenges. In the beginning, I had to prove myself in a crowded industry and earn the trust of chefs and restaurateurs who are protective of their craft. Balancing creativity with the fast pace of hospitality was also demanding—restaurants move quickly, and I had to learn how to adapt and deliver quality content without disrupting their flow.
There were moments of doubt, especially when I was building everything on my own, but each challenge helped shape the way I work today. Staying intentionally small, personal, and hands-on has been my way of turning those struggles into strengths, allowing me to give clients the kind of care and attention they truly deserve.

We specialize in helping restaurants, bars, and lifestyle concepts tell their story in a way that feels both authentic and elevated. I’m most proud of the relationships we’ve built. Many of our clients see us as part of their team, not just an outside agency. That trust allows us to create campaigns and content that feel seamless with their brand and their guest experience.

What matters most to me is authenticity. In hospitality, authenticity is what makes a meal memorable, a space inviting, and a guest feel valued.
