Hi Briana , we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Fitness became a part of my life during a season of rebuilding mentally, emotionally, and physically. I started working out as a way to find discipline and confidence within myself, and over time, it became the foundation for my growth in every area of life. The gym taught me consistency, resilience, and how to show up even when motivation fades.
As I began transforming my own mindset and body, I felt called to help others do the same. That passion led me to become a certified personal trainer and F45 coach, where I’ve helped clients lose fat, build muscle, and develop lasting habits that extend far beyond the gym. What I love most is watching people realize what they’re truly capable of, both physically and mentally.
Now, as I pursue my master’s in mental health counseling, my mission is to help people strengthen both body and mind while building confidence, discipline, and alignment from the inside out.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. My journey started from a place of uncertainty and rebuilding, not just physically but emotionally and spiritually. I grew up carrying a lot of weight that wasn’t mine, from cycles of instability and silence to patterns I was determined to break. There were times I felt lost, inconsistent, and unsure of who I was becoming. I struggled with self-doubt, burnout, and the pressure to hold everything together while balancing work, school, and life.
Through it all, I made a decision that the cycle stops with me. Fitness became my therapy and my outlet, helping me heal, find discipline, and step into the kind of strength I never saw growing up. It taught me how to move with intention, trust myself, and build a foundation that feels safe and strong.
Now I carry that purpose into my coaching. I want others to know they can rewrite their story too, that every rep and every moment of showing up is a step toward breaking generational curses and building a life rooted in strength, healing, and self-belief.

Through personal training and mindset coaching, I specialize in guiding clients through real, lasting transformation. Whether the goal is fat loss, muscle building, discipline, or emotional balance, my approach goes beyond workouts and meal plans. I focus on helping clients build sustainable habits, heal their relationship with themselves, and step into their highest potential.
What sets me apart is the blend of fitness, faith, and psychology behind everything I do. As both a certified trainer and a mental health counseling student, I see movement as a form of therapy and a way to reconnect with your power and create the life you desire from the inside out.
I’m most proud of the foundation I’m building and the heart behind it. Even as my brand continues to grow, everything I create and share is rooted in honesty, purpose, and alignment. My goal is to help people feel strong not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. I want every person I work with to walk away feeling seen, capable, and proud of the progress they’re making in every area of their life
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
I define success as alignment; living in a way that reflects who you truly are and what you’re called to do. For me, success isn’t just about reaching goals or checking boxes, it’s about growing in discipline, peace, and purpose. It’s about becoming more grounded in faith, more confident in your gifts, and more intentional with how you show up for yourself and others.
True success is when your mindset, your habits, and your heart are all working together toward something bigger than you. It’s when you can look at where you are, even in the process, and still feel grateful, proud, and at peace with the journey.
