Hi C., can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I began my career as a Collegiate athlete, playing football for Troy University (formally Troy State University). Following that, I transitioned into social work, acting and entertainment, which culminated in a noble appearance on national television alongside the legendary Jamie Foxx. Now, I have channeled that discipline into the fitness world and serve as the General Manager of Rumble Boxing Gym located in The Heights.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Opening a new business certainly comes with its challenges; we’ve experienced the typical startup struggles and had to work out some kinks and make adjustments. But we’ve been rolling with the punches and are now operating smoothly.

Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is that anything is truly possible. I see the definition of that every day watching our members transform their bodies and absolutely crush their fitness goals
