Today we’d like to introduce you to Jillian Warren.
Hi Jillian, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My story begins with an autoimmune diagnosis at the age of 13. I tried western medications first, and was having a lot of allergic reactions, so when I turned 18 I decided to try to manage my symptoms through a healthy lifestyle. This worked great for me for many years, but around 2020 I had spent a few years not taking care of myself as best as I could, and went back to medication. I had relapsed, and tried a new medication but like before I had another severe allergic reaction. I pivoted quickly after being poorly supported by my neurologist at the time. I hired a health coach for 12 weeks, and I was already feeling so much better. During this period a friend had convinced me to get a tarot reading, at which point the tarot reader asked me if I was truly okay. I realized I was masking so much, and when I talked to my health coach at the time about it, she introduced me to trauma work and energy healing. So I found a practitioner who practiced AHAI energy healing, and I was blown away. The more I dove into meditation, energy work, trauma work and who I am the better I felt. This led me to getting my Yoga Teacher Training Certificate in 2022, I always loved yoga, but never really meditated and at this point in my life I was obsessed with meditation and energetics. A friend of mine got certified in Epigenetics Coaching shortly after, and she ran my genes and my sons. I was blown away by all the things that were confirmed that I knew, and the influx of other information I got. After a few more years of healing myself, I decided to get certified in AHAI energy healing and epigenetics. I have always been a science girly, and the energetics was so fun and new for me at the time. I believe that healing is multidimensional as are humans. Enter Five Dimensional Wellness. A place where people can come for multidimensional healing, I focus on the human, but also the energy they carry and what they are holding onto. I’ve experienced how deep this healing can be, and how important it is for people.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Haha. Define smooth. There were definitely bumps. Before I was ready to go all in with energetics I went back to school for nutritional sciences. I knew I wanted to help people feel better but still didn’t feel comfortable in my own spirituality to help them in a way that felt good to me. School was great, but the further I got in, the more I realized what I was learning in a traditional school setting just wasn’t what I craved. In spiritual awakenings sometimes we wake up to things that are completely unaligned with who we are, and unfortunately my relationship of 8 years was one of those things. There were definitely a lot of transitions, emotions, and re-learning about myself. Healing is never linear, and I’ve learned that the more we can be present, and accepting of who we are, the better we feel. I would also say growing a community has been a slow process. It takes time to grow these things, and I knew that going into it, but it’s hard to prepare for the events you put together and no one or one person shows up.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am a multidimensional coach. What that means is I help my clients through yoga, meditation, AHAI energy work, and epigenetics. I teach my clients the importance of physical healing, soul connection, and healing our mindset.
I specialize in Epigenetics, and AHAI energy healing. Outside of the certifications, I specialize in helping people connect deeper with themselves, through the genes, intuition, and the mind body connection. This can look different for so many people because I always let them set the intention on what we work on specifically. I have learned that a lot of dis-ease is caused from a lack of connection with ourselves. I teach my clients to listen to their bodies cues, as the body is always speaking to us.
I’m known for a few things really, it just depends on who you ask haha. I would say I’m known for Energy healing and cacao ceremonies above all. This is where I have the most fun. I love pulling cards, moving energy for clients and hosting cacao ceremonies. I’d also say I’m known for my podcast, Expand the conversation with Jillian.
I’m most proud of the community I’m creating with the events I host. It’s definitely been a slow build, but little by little I am meeting and holding space for more like minded individuals. This is something I’ve always wanted and am so thrilled to see it happening in real time.
What sets me apart is that I bridge the science and the spiritual, and my grounded energy. I bring a very safe space for clients, and they always feel that. I love teaching about the “woo” but I love the science too. My happy place is when I am booked with clients that are doing my signature program that includes spiritual mentorship and Genetic Blueprints, the truest homecoming in my opinion.
Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
I think risk taking is great if you have the right tools to support your nervous system through it, and are aware of your subconscious blocks. Risk taking can mean so many things for different people, I am actually certified in fear alchemy as well and I think fear and risk taking go hand in hand. If we take a risk or do something we are scared of without having a balanced nervous system, your body won’t feel safe and your subconscious will bring up your own blocks. It depends on each person what those blocks look like, but if you know you know. The subconscious is always trying to protect us, so if we take too big of a leap, we will notice little ways things aren’t working out, sometimes that can come through in procrastination or overspending.
I have taken a major risk, I left my full time job in May 2024, even though my business wasn’t fully established. I knew my job wasn’t were I wanted to be anymore, and it truly felt like it was sucking the life out of me. I have been very grateful for clients that have supported me, but also by having a supportive partner.
I think risk taking is a part of life, it takes us to our edge, and pushes us to go for the bigger dreams, and to truly embrace the human experience of growth.
