Rising Stars: Meet Wayne Franks of Houston. Texas

Today we’d like to introduce you to Wayne Franks.

Hi Wayne, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I grew up In the northern suburbs of Chicago and have been a resident of Houston for 35 years. I really never had a choice but to have a positive attitude about life since I lost both of my parents in my teenage years.

I started my entrepreneurial journey as a golf caddy at a country club. My mother would pre-arrange for me to carry two golf bags instead of just one. This experience instilled in me the value of diligence and efficiency and underscored the importance of delivering exceptional service.

I am driven by the prospect of converting every opportunity into a game-changing new client and collaborating with my team to drive growth and innovation. It’s the fact that every phone call may be that home run type of sale, so I always have to be ready with positive thoughts and a smile on my face.

I can differentiate my business and deliver exceptional value by remaining informed about market trends and client needs. I study the market and talk to my existing and prospective clients to understand my marketplace. This can be quite the balancing act to work with my team members to efficiently pivot when we see a market trend and offer unique services.

Two non-negotiables at the core of my business are my team and the services we deliver. I am committed to empowering my team members to grow and thrive while consistently exceeding client expectations.

I currently do some coaching, mentoring, and public speaking that revolves around my ability to help others overcome mental barriers to unlock their full potential

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Losing my parents at a young age. Starting a business from the ground up with limited capital and raising 3 children by myself at the same time.

As the founder and owner of professional drone services in Texas, we specialize in collecting data for commercial developers, engineering firms, commercial real estate, and oil and gas companies. Our services enable these organizations to drive efficiencies and optimize their business operations.

Our company stands out by adopting a solutions approach rather than a single service approach. This comprehensive approach allows us to address complex issues effectively and provide tailored solutions to our clients’ unique needs.

So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
What matters to me most are two main principles. The first that we are delivering a great customer experience for our clients and the second is that my employees are culturally challenged and satisfied working for my company.
