Today we’d like to introduce you to Russelle Avionn.
Hi Russelle, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Avionn Automotive really started as an idea that came from experience — and honestly, frustration. I began in the car business back in 2018, selling vehicles the traditional way, but I quickly saw how many people walked into dealerships feeling lost, pressured, or unsure of what was real and what was sales talk. I built strong relationships, I earned people’s trust, and I noticed something — customers wanted a guide, not just a salesperson.
That’s what sparked Avionn Automotive. I wanted to take everything I’d learned from the inside — the negotiation process, the financing, the trade-in game — and flip it in favor of the everyday buyer. We launched Avionn Automotive as a nationwide automotive consulting firm built to help people buy smarter, skip the dealership chaos, and actually enjoy the process.
Over the years, we’ve grown from one-on-one consulting to serving clients across multiple states, running digital billboards in major cities from Houston to Chicago and beyond. What started as me helping friends and family find better deals has evolved into a full-scale brand that’s changing how people think about car buying.
The mission has always been the same — transparency, expertise, and protection for the consumer. We’re not just about finding cars; we’re about creating confidence.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road — but that’s part of the journey. Avionn Automotive is still very much in its building chapter. Right now, our biggest challenge isn’t a lack of vision — it’s awareness. We know what we bring to the table, but getting that message out to people across the country takes time, consistency, and a lot of grit.
We’re currently focused on expanding visibility — through digital billboards, social media, and word-of-mouth referrals — to let people know a service like ours even exists. Most buyers still don’t realize they can have someone in their corner guiding them through the car-buying process like a personal consultant. So we’re fighting to educate the market while growing it at the same time.
Of course, there have been ups and downs. There are days when engagement is high and leads are flowing, and others when it feels like we’re shouting into the wind. But those moments teach you how to stay consistent — to build stronger systems, keep refining the brand, and trust the process.
The truth is, every obstacle has been a setup for a stronger comeback. We’re not pretending we’ve “made it” — we’re just proving, step by step, that Avionn Automotive belongs in this industry and is here to stay.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Avionn Automotive is a nationwide automotive consulting firm built to change how people buy cars — plain and simple. We’re not a dealership; we’re the bridge between the buyer and the deal. Our mission is to help people purchase smarter, avoid overpaying, and navigate the buying process with confidence and transparency.
What sets us apart is how we operate. Most people assume they have to walk into a dealership alone and figure it all out on the spot. At Avionn Automotive, we step in before that even happens. We help our clients identify the right vehicles for their needs and budgets, review background history and market value, and even advise on trade-ins — making sure the entire experience is smooth, transparent, and stress-free.
Right now, we’re focused on expanding awareness — through our growing network of consultants, our digital billboards in major cities like Houston, Chicago, Atlanta, New York, and Dallas, and our social media campaigns that show real stories and real results.
What I’m most proud of brand-wise is that Avionn Automotive has built trust the hard way — one client at a time. We’ve helped single parents find safe and affordable cars, guided first-time buyers through what can be an intimidating process, and helped families upgrade their vehicles with confidence instead of confusion.
For anyone reading this, the main thing to know about our brand is that Avionn Automotive exists to make the car-buying experience smarter, simpler, and more human. We believe transparency and expertise should come standard — and that’s the road we’re paving every day.
Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
I’ve learned that in business, risk is unavoidable — but the way you handle it determines whether it becomes a lesson or a loss. For me, risk has never been about gambling; it’s been about believing in something before everyone else sees it.
Starting Avionn Automotive was a risk in itself. I stepped away from the traditional dealership path — a system that was safe and familiar — to create something that didn’t really exist yet. Sure, there are companies that offer bits and pieces of what we do, but nothing on the level that Avionn Automotive plans to scale. We’re redefining what it means to have true representation and expertise on the buyer’s side of the car-buying process.
Another big risk has been investing in brand awareness before the revenue fully catches up — like rolling out digital billboards in major cities or expanding our reach online when most people hadn’t even heard of Avionn yet. That kind of move takes faith, discipline, and patience. But I’ve always believed that if you don’t bet on your own vision, no one else will.
To me, risk-taking is less about being fearless and more about being prepared. It’s about understanding that uncertainty is part of growth — and having the mindset to move forward anyway. Every step I’ve taken with Avionn Automotive has been a mix of risk, research, and resilience. That’s how progress happens.
