I grew up in a big family in Bangkok. Food has always played an important part in our family. When I was 7, I became my mother favorite sous chef helping her carried groceries at the open market nearby our house, cutting vegetables, cleaning all kind of seafood and slicing meat.
My first dish I learned how to cook was pork fried rice. I later discovered that I love cooking. One of my mother’s recipes that everybody loves is braised pork leg.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
