Meet Victoria Mosher of PureVee Esthetics

Today we’d like to introduce you to Victoria Mosher.

Hi Victoria, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I’m a single mom who wanted more out of life—not just for myself, but for my child.
For years, I worked as an Operations Manager for the Port of Houston. The job was demanding, the hours were long, and while I was grateful for the experience, I knew I wanted more time, more purpose, and more connection.

So I made a choice.

I enrolled in esthetics school full-time. I never missed a day. I showed up early, stayed late, and even came in on extra days so I could graduate ahead of schedule. And I did. I earned my license with determination and pride.

When I started applying for jobs in med spas, I was met with rejection after rejection.
“No experience.”
“Come back after a few years.”
It was discouraging hearing no when I was giving this new career everything I had.

So I decided to bet on myself.

I invested $15,000 into opening my own business and moved to a developing area where growth is exploding. I wanted to plant my roots early, to grow alongside the community, and to create something meaningful from the ground up.

I opened PureVee Esthetics with zero clients—just ambition, integrity, and a belief that beauty starts from within.
Every client that walks through my door receives the same level of care, honesty, and intention that I bring to my own life.

Along the way, I also founded Conroe Connect, a networking group built to support small businesses, foster collaboration, and help others grow just like I did. Connecting people has become just as much my passion as skincare.

Today, I’m proud of the risks I took, the barriers I pushed through, and the community I’m building.
This isn’t just a business—it’s my purpose, my passion, and my story.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Many challenges.
Being a single mom with the support of my father.
Bettering marketing myself , taking clients etc, he has my child so I can make all of this possible!

Leaving my stable job with income and benefits.
The demands of school and hours.
Being an Esthetican is more than doing skin.
You are the inventory manager, janitor, scheduler, service provider, all of the things.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
PureVee Esthetics is a results-driven skincare studio focused on customized treatments and real skin health. I specialize in deep cleansing facials, acne care, and glow-enhancing services tailored to each client. What I’m known for is honesty, education, and treatments that actually work—not trends or quick fixes.

I also offer foot detox services, which support internal cleansing and help improve overall skin clarity from the inside out. My approach blends both internal and external care so clients see long-lasting results, not temporary improvements.

What sets PureVee apart is the integrity behind the brand. Every client receives personalized care, real communication, and a commitment to their skin’s success. My goal is simple: help people feel confident, cared for, and glowing—inside and out

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
