Today we’d like to introduce you to Rhonda Parmer.
Hi Rhonda, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my career as a substitute teacher and spent more than three decades in public education, eventually serving as a National Distinguished Principal and an Associate Superintendent. Along the way, I learned how much leadership shapes culture, performance, and well-being. After surviving cancer and navigating my own season of burnout, I shifted my focus to helping leaders avoid the same path.
Today, I run Leadership Executive Group and teach others the EASE Framework, coaching executives and business owners to align their teams, tasks, and time so they can lead with clarity and create healthier, more productive organizations. Every step of my story has reinforced the same truth: when people feel aligned and supported, they accomplish more with less strain.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t been a smooth road. My path included surviving cancer, managing chronic pain, and facing the reality that the superintendent roles I worked hard for never materialized. Those moments forced me to rethink how I worked, what I believed about success, and how quickly a leader can slip into burnout when alignment is missing.
Each challenge shaped the way I coach today. They pushed me to focus on clarity, healthier rhythms, and communication that brings people together. The setbacks became the groundwork for the work I do now, helping leaders prevent the very patterns that once stretched me beyond my limits.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am a trainer, speaker and coach. I help executives and business owners build aligned teams that communicate well, take ownership, and deliver results without burning out. My work centers on the EASE Framework, a system I created that simplifies how leaders engage their people, align priorities, streamline operations, and empower teams to follow through.
I specialize in turning complex leadership challenges into clear pathways that leaders can apply immediately. I’m known for blending behavioral science with practical coaching that feels personal, steady, and focused on real change rather than theory. I am the Team Alignment Architect and the voice behind the Alignment Revolution, which helps leaders shift from carrying the load alone to leading teams that move with clarity and consistency.
What I’m most proud of is watching leaders shift from carrying everything themselves to leading teams that row in the same direction. That transformation changes their results and their quality of life. When I hear from leaders who go through the program telling me stories of getting home before dark, going to their kids’ games for the first time, or setting up no-email weekends, I am thrilled because I know what a lasting impact those few shifts will have for so many.
What sets me apart is the combination of decades of executive leadership experience, a strengths-based approach, and a deep understanding of human behavior. I don’t teach from concepts. I teach from lived experience, tested tools, and a commitment to helping leaders stay aligned so their teams can thrive.
What matters most to you? Why?
What matters most to me is helping leaders create environments where people can do their best work without losing themselves in the process. I care about clarity, connection, and the kind of alignment that strengthens both performance and well-being.
I love watching leaders realize how much influence they have simply by noticing people, appreciating their efforts, having real conversations, and listening to understand their perspectives. I also value the moment a leader sees the strengths and interests within the team and begins aligning those talents with the goals and projects that move the organization forward.
And I’m especially energized when leaders focus on the work only they can do and spend the rest of their time developing others. That shift builds a strong leadership bench and prepares the next generation of leaders to carry the work with confidence.
Those transformations are the heart of why I do this work.
