Hi David , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Been a Licensed nurse and have worked in the medical Field for over 30 years. Worked during covid and saw a lot of changes in our care and precautions when it came to disinfection of areas. I started doing deep cleaning and disinfection for area facilities to fight and contain the spread of infection. In 2023, I decided to open MDS Cleaning Services LLC to provide the same disinfection and attention to detail in deep cleaning of medical facilities and office spaces. In 2025 we went from a small family and friend company to a company that provides services to commercial buildings, manufacturing facilities, medical Facilities and Doctor offices, we provide services to facilities that distribute medical equipment, we also service their showroom that has visitors from US and other countries. we treat every job big and small with the same respect as a large contract as we try and make a name for ourselves in this challenging industry, we also provide services to restaurants. Our team can work at any of the facilities we provide services and provide the same care and detail as the person they are covering, as all my team is trained in the same manner and with the same eye for detail. we provide services in Houston and surrounding cities and custom tailor cleaning services to suit our clients’ needs with competitive pricing. We use Hospital Grade disinfectants and cleaning solutions in all businesses. Being a nurse and business owner, we have clear expectations of our service, as I myself still assist in deep cleans and floor care. MDS provides Floor Maintenance, stripping and waxing, commercial Janitorial services, deep cleaning, including power washing of exterior surfaces. we can custom build a plan that best suites the needs of the business.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t been easy as we are in an industry and town that has a large group of cleaning services.
our biggest struggles were being a new company winning the trust of our clients and finding clients to service. Houston has a lot of National companies that are very competitive.
We’ve been impressed with MDS Cleaning Services LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We are known for Floor care as we are subcontracted to strip and wax floors, we specialize in maintenance of medical facilities thru commercial janitorial services from Dr Offices, Dialysis facilities and Chiropractor clinics. we also service office spaces
