No, it hasn’t been a completely smooth road—and that has been one of our greatest learning experiences. Like many growing companies in healthcare, we faced early challenges with credentialing delays, claim denials, and slow payments.
Another ongoing challenge has been educating clients on the realities of insurance billing while remaining proactive, solutions-focused, and supportive. Every clinic operates differently, and aligning workflows, documentation practices, and timelines takes time, communication, and collaboration.
Growth has required us to scale intentionally so we can maintain accuracy, responsiveness, and a personal connection with every clinic we support.

I also wish I had realized how important it is to ask for help early. You don’t have to figure everything out on your own.
