Hi Joseph, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I began as a sales contractor with a huge company . I learned so much from the company about the flooring industry . I learn the dos and donts , while learning the intregal details of the material it self . for 2 years I was the number 1 or 2 rep every month and always got the best reviews . I was working and developing my process becuase I felt like I could provide a beteere product at a better price and more inportantly provide better service. Since i made the decsion to work as a my business we have been 5 stars on google , thumback and well respected everywhere you look. As a an airforce veteran I do have an advantage becuase of my training . I learned dicipline , and timlelyness matter. I have used those skills I developed along with a geniune concern for others to create the best flooring and remodel business in Texas (i belive ) . I want to continue to grow and help others with thier in home projects to make thier home everything they want it to be
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not been a smooth road . everytime you think youve seen it all , you learn somthing new . I have learned a few lessons along the way but managed to keep my customers from having any knowledge of anyting i lost. I learned alot and continued to grow through it .My motto is GROW through it while you GO through it. I feel like now is the perfect time to really get my brand out there becuase we have figured out the reciepe for a perfect install with the perfect prices and perfect proccess .

Finesse Home Solutions is a fullservice flooring and remodeling company . we provide all home solutions including Flooring, AC, paint , remodel and new consruction. We did begein as a flooring compay , but we decided that was wanted to provide a cost effective solutions for all things home ! Since we made the decsion to expand our service spectrum we have have hundreds of happy customers. The motto is simple Dont stress if , Finesse it !
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
I believe that integrity and honesty are the qualities that seperate us . We believe in helping customers the right way and only suggesting what they need , while makeing what they may want affordable . we believe in next level service , where we never leave our customer to where they feel like they are alone in the proccess . we are very big on communication and service becuase not only is it a great business practice , its just the right thing to do .
