Inspiring Conversations with Cerita Gaddi of Recharge Chiropractic and Massage

Today we’d like to introduce you to Cerita Gaddi.

Hi Cerita, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
After moving to Texas in 2011 for a fresh start, I decided to attend massage therapy school while awaiting decisions from physical therapy programs. I enrolled in a massage therapy program that was conveniently connected to Parker University’s chiropractic college in Dallas. I immediately fell in love with massage therapy, and once I began my clinical practicals, I also started experiencing back pain and muscular tightness myself.

At the time, massage students were offered a generous discount to receive care at the student clinic, so I took full advantage. The relief I experienced was profound, and I was fortunate to work with an excellent student doctor. That experience ultimately inspired me to enroll in chiropractic school shortly after graduating from massage therapy school.

Although the path was challenging, I truly believe my skills would not be what they are today had I chosen a different route. While in chiropractic school, I worked under another chiropractor as her massage therapist, learning as much as possible and practicing adjustments whenever opportunities arose.

After graduating from chiropractic school, I worked as an associate before ultimately pursuing my long-term goal of owning my own practice. I recognized a strong need for high-quality massage therapy delivered on-site, and I asked myself, “Why not combine chiropractic care with it?”

That vision led me to where I am today—growing both a mobile chiropractic and massage practice, as well as a home office that serves clients close to me, allowing me to deliver comprehensive, convenient, and personalized care.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Like most entrepreneurial journeys, mine has come with plenty of ups and downs. One of the biggest challenges has been navigating the business side of healthcare—learning how to manage operations, finances, and growth while still providing high-quality, hands-on care. That aspect doesn’t always come naturally, but it has pushed me to grow in ways I didn’t anticipate.

Another ongoing challenge has been personal growth, particularly learning how to confidently talk about myself and my business. Putting myself out there and advocating for what I do does not come easily, and it’s something I continue to work on every day. However, I truly believe in the value of the care I provide and know that it meets a real need. That belief keeps me moving forward and reaching as many people as I can.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Recharge Chiropractic and Massage?
My business focuses on providing convenient, personalized chiropractic and massage care through both mobile services and a home office setting. I specialize in combining chiropractic adjustments with therapeutic massage to help clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and maintain their bodies in a sustainable way.

What sets my practice apart is that I am licensed in both chiropractic and massage therapy, allowing me to treat the whole person in one visit rather than separating care between providers. Each session is tailored to the individual, whether they need relief from daily stress, injury recovery, or ongoing maintenance.

I’m especially known for meeting clients where they are—literally and figuratively—making care accessible, comfortable, and easy to fit into real life. Brand-wise, I’m most proud that my business has grown largely through word-of-mouth, reflecting the trust and results my clients experience.

What I want readers to know is that my goal is simple: to help people feel better, move better, and take care of their bodies without adding stress or complexity to their lives.

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
Over the next 5–10 years, I see the chiropractic and massage therapy industry continuing to evolve in ways that prioritize accessibility, personalization, and preventive care. More people are seeking holistic solutions that address not just symptoms but root causes—especially as awareness grows around movement, nervous system health, and the connection between body and lifestyle.

I also expect to see greater integration of virtual support and education alongside traditional hands-on care. Things like guided home exercise plans, telehealth check-ins, and mobile apps that help clients track progress and self-care will become more common. Patients want tools that help them stay well between visits, not just during them.

Another shift is the continued rise of mobile and on-demand services. Clients are busier than ever and increasingly value care that comes to them—whether at home, work, or even at events. This trend toward convenience is reshaping expectations around where and how healthcare happens.

Finally, I think the industry will continue to emphasize collaborative care—working alongside other healthcare professionals, fitness experts, and wellness providers to create more comprehensive support for clients.

Overall, the future of our field is about meeting people where they are, helping them stay proactive about their health, and making quality care easier and more adaptable to individual lifestyles.
