Hi Peggy, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Started in Insurance while still in High School and grew in the business from Carrier operations and sales, Independent agency account Executive, Sales on the direct writer and independent side. Started my first business in 1996 then sold to have more time 16 years later. Missed owning so started this business in 2017 adding my daughter to the business in 2018

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Never when you own a business. You start with cash flow worries until you grow. Then growing pains needing more Staff training, additional supplies, software, office space, equipment and even time and costs of training new staff. Then there are changes in the industry (Insurance)!
